Cannot update Killer Performance Driver Suite - No Compatible Hardware Detected

XPS 17 9730

XPS 17 9730

Good afternoon,

Dell XPS 17 9730.

Cannot update Killer Performance Driver Suite - No Compatible Hardware Detected

I have tried downloading from Intel Driver & Support Assistant, and Intel's Driver & Software page.

I have stopped all "Killer" processes and services.

Same error message each time. Apparently "No Compatible Hardware Detected".

Yet this is obviously installed, and has updated previously as recent 28th August 2024.

Any advice why this is happening?

It seems to be a recurring issuing.

Thanks in advance.

I am having the same issue as yours, but when I check on the Device Manager I see no Intel Killer network adapter, just other non Killer adapters. Maybe there is only an issue on Intel's assistant list of recommended software updates for the XPS 9640, my model, or your model.

I have the same problem.  Any fix?

Cannot count the times I've tried to install this software. Any help would be great!

Me too. Dell XPS 13. Same issue.  The silence from both Intel and Dell tells you where it sits in their priority queue. You have no hope of getting it fixed. Ignore and move on.
