Can't start Dell Client Management Service (grayed out)

Hi lovely people. I can't start Dell Update because it requires Dell Client Management Service to be started. I can't start service as well, cause all buttons are greyed out.

The only thing is working is Dell Support Assist. May I ask please, if Dell Update was superseded by Dell Support Assist recently?
