Computer having troubles since bought
XPS 15 9510
I bought my XPS 15 computer in late 2021, ever since I had a premium warrenty.
Since it was bought I had a lot of technical issues with the computer and the dell support sent technicians few times.
They changed my motherboard 3 times already in the past 3 years and the computer still isn't working well.(the last time was a couple weeks ago and since then the speakers isn't working at all)
They told us they recommend to replace the computer but they can't do it due to it being bought in the USA and in Israel there is only a retail store and not an offical store.
Is there anything I can do beside keep changing motherboards? or even talk to someone in the managment of the Dell support to figure out a better solution to the case?
Tried talking to the regular Dell support and they couldn't help us (just told us to transfer ownership and talk to Dell Israel's support)
