Continuing issues with XPS 9310 2-in-1

My Dell XPS 9310 is updated with the latest drivers as of today (4/15/2021).

The 1920X1200 screen keeps flickering, even though I have turned off auto brightness and HDR video.

The Dell DA-310 USB-C hub power passthrough is marked with an exclamation mark as not providing as much power as the AC adapter, even though the AC adapter is plugged into the USB-C hub.  This produced a BIOS warning as well.

Not to mention with the latest BIOS update the unit makes a coil whine noise when doing practically anything.

I am not happy with the quality of Dell's premium products.
