I have spent hours trying to get my brand new $1300 Dell XPS repaired and Dell is offering no support or solution.  It is still under warranty, I'm continuously hung up on, and never called back.  What kind of warranty is it, if you are not warranting your products?  I'm very confused and frustrated.
