Dell OS Recovery Tool
I downloaded the Dell OS Recovery Tool and it does not give me any options to chose my service tag from. I have the Inspiron 15 3543 and need the respective Windows 8.1 recovery disk. Can anyone help me on this?

Windows 8 is obsolete, unsupported and insecure.
Install Windows 10.
