Dell support a con

Dell did not fix my xps 15 9500 when in Warranty,additional warranty I purchased suspicious of Dell swindling me was no help...Dell support is a swindle...Dell did not ' fix the issue' ,had me string- along for six months and now ' dont want to know'!

So Dell rip off the customer and WILL NOT..face up to the responsibilities of a reputable company...NEVER again!
