I recently bought my XPS 13 9300 at the end of Nov 2020, I haven't had any blue screens but it still freezes upon start up and to fix it I have to force restart with the power button 3-4 times before it finally loads through and I can use it properly. Need help also!
Hi! Same issues here, for the fan problem, I deactivated turbo boost in BIOS...probably decrease the perfs but no more fan activation for no reason... For the other trouble, and also bluetooth stability well reviewed, we have probably just to wait.... Too many problems DELL, please release soon all the drivers to fix this.
Try seeing if turning off HDR and turning down the refresh rate to 48Hz solves the issue. Some have reported (on an earlier model) that turning off panel self-refresh in the Intel Graphics Command Center helps, as well as other settings there (but mainly power related ones). Others say turning off hardware acceleration (in browsers) solves display turning black:
I've been trying to get my system replaced or serviced and after jumping through multiple hoops I'm still getting the run-a-round....every time I ask for a manager I keep getting transferred to another queue. When can I expect someone from Sr. Management to address this?

I have the same issue with my XPS 13 9310. Is there a solution yet regarding the black screen issue?
