Dell XPS 13 9365 does not charge beyond 55%
Hi
My Dell XPS 13 9365 does not charge beyond 55%.
I have used Dell Command Power Manager to select all the different options and even changed the Custom one to 100% but it wont budge beyond 55%.
I know 55% is one of the default settings - but selecting any of the others does not seem to make any difference.
Running diagnostics does not show any errors.
Any suggestions?

Have they figured out this issue yet? I am being offered an xps for cheap for having this issue. So, I want to know if this problem is resolved so I buy it.

Had the same issues the past couple of weeks (without realizing - and thought "oh well, my battery is already dead"...)
I have found 2 solutions
(A) Update Bios settings. See trouble shooter from dell here: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000144108/laptop-battery-does-not-charge-beyond-55-on-certain-dell-pcs
NOTE: This was NOT the reason for me, why I had this issue (XPS 7390, Model 2018). So I could not update any bios or ownership date. Still, might work for some of you.
(B) Reset Bios settings
Worked for me. Now charging back to 100%.
Cheers
