Dell XPS 13 9370 Cannot Detect Camera

Question

Hello,

I have had my Dell XPS 13 9370 for about 2 months now. Originally I was able to use the camera with Windows Hello and having the ability to detect it with Skype. It's been almost a month since it wasn't able to detect the integrated camera. Imaging Devices cannot be found on Device Manager. Even with bio settings enabled, I wasn't able to set up Windows Hello again. Skype could not detect any camera either. All my drivers are updated. I also keep Windows updated as well.

I would like to know how to proceed with troubleshooting this issue.
