Dell XPS 15 9500 Issues
I ordered the Dell XPS 15 (9500) in May, and I had one of those early models of which had the known trackpad issue. Last week I called Dell Support because my laptop was constantly making fan noise and it was freezing randomly. These problems didn't go away, but the laptop is usable, now today I called and they will be sending a technician to help fix the touchpad wobbling issue.
It is past the 30 day period (35 days) and when I asked customer service they said that they could neither offer me a refund nor a replacement. They said it is in their policy. But please tell me is it in the policy to send broken and defective laptops to people who pay $2000 of their hard earned money hoping for a new one? Why was I unable to recieve any replacement or refund at the very least? A lot of companies have been extending their refund policies due to the current pandemic situations, so why doesn't Dell?
Frankly, I am pretty disappointed in this whole situation. but I hope some one can help because this is definitely not a good business model. So far I haven't gotten what was promised.
