Dell XPS 15 9570 Replacement Keyboard

Question

Dell XPS 15 9570 requires a replacement keyboard - wife's nails have obliterated the tops of a number of keys.

I've searched the main Dell website but the part is not listed.

There are "compatible" keyboards available but I'd like to buy the genuine part.

Can I buy one from Dell?

Yes, but parts are sold only over the phone by Dell. Call 1-800-357-3355.

Alternative for OEM keyboard:

Dell may or may not stock keyboards for this model, which is almost four years old -- at that point, most OEMs cease stocking parts.

You'll need to search for a UK supplier, or call Dell in the UK and ask for 'spare parts'.
