Dell XPS 7590 4K IPS Screen Gradient Banding

I have a problem with my Dell XPS 7590's screen regarding gradient banding. I first noticed it in YouTube videos and I just thought it was because of video compression, however when I tried playing games, the shadows would also show a gradient banding. Attached is a photo while I was editing in After Effects CC 2020. As seen, they gradient in not smooth as it is supposed to be. Is there any fix to this? Thanks!
