Dell XPS 9560 incorrect battery indicator

Question

Hi, my XPS 9560 automatically turns off (without warning) when the battery is around 20% despite my battery health is excellent (according to Dell Power Manager).

Here's my battery report generated by Windows, as I said above, the computer abruptly turned off when the battery was around 20%. I turned it back up and to check the battery and it was 0%.

The battery is probably failing if it is over 18 months old. No matter what the battery meter says. The laptop should be able to run on just the adapter alone, battery removed. Hard or impossible to get genuine Dell batteries now. Don't buy batteries from online sellers. Many scams with batteries on marketplaces.
