Dell XPS Plus 9320 Battery Problem & Overheating & Not Sleeping
XPS 13 Plus 9320
Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1260P 2.10 GHz
RAM: 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)
SSD: 1TB
Screen: 3456x2160 OLED
I bought the XPS 13 Plus 9320 with very high hopes. Everything was going very well until I noticed the battery life.
Even when low brightness, power saving mode is on and just browsing the internet, it performs 3-5 hours.
Other than that, it gets extremely hot. It's almost impossible to use the keyboard without sweaty hands!
Other than that, I closed the XPS lid and left it in sleep mode overnight (or I thought it did!) and when I woke up in the morning it was fully operational with its fans, incredibly hot.
It's really sad to see such mistakes made by an over-known brand like Dell. I really want to use the XPS, but with this battery life and this much heat, it is definitely not suitable for daily use.
If I can't find a solution to these problems, unfortunately I will have to return it.

I regretfully returned it.
