Dell xps13 9350 bluetooth issue
Good evening everyone,
I am having trouble connecting my bluetooth devices to my xps13 9350 laptop. (specifically Bose QC35 headphones and a bluetooth speaker) Although I can pair the devices I cannot connect them. I have done a search on the internet for various possible fixes but nothing so far has been able to solve the problem.
It has been suggested that Dell use low end Wifi cards and that I should purchase a new one from Intel, open up the machine and replace the existing card. This seems a bit extreme, surely I can't be alone with this problem and it also seems unlikely Dell would use inferior components with their high end (and very expensive) laptops??
Any help or a fix would be greatly appreciated, Many thanks.

Check out the solution by @Rowzee "I went to 'add / remove programs' and towards the end found WIDCOMM bluetooth driver. I removed it and system has been fine ever since."
Worked for me.

It is not likely the audio adapter is the issue -- and in any case, it's part of the mainboard, so it's not a replaceable component. The only way to upgrade the audio is externally (a USB sound device).
Have you checked the audio control panel to see if your new audio devices show up there?
