Dell XPS15 no more OLED?
I currently own the Dell XPS13, which is about 5 years old, and am currently thinking about upgrading to a Dell XPS15.
I was just about to order, but noticed there was no mention of it having an OLED screen, while my 5 year old Dell XPS13 does have one... Did Dell get rid of it?

On the current generation (XPS 9500), yes - OLED is gone as an option.
If you want a 15" system with OLED, there's the Alienware M15 R4, which does offer it.
No one outside of Dell knows the reason - could be it didn't sell well when it was offered, or the OLED panels may be in short supply. The primary market for OLED is gaming -- which would explain why Alienware still offers the option.
