Ethernet connection from WD19TB doesn't run

I'm using Thunderbolt Dock - WD19TB with XPS17 9700. Yesterday I've formatted the laptop and I've installaed Ubuntu 22.04 in dual boot with Windows 11. Previously I had the same setup with Ubuntu 20.04 instead.

The ethernet cable is linked to the WD19TB and when I used the configuration Windows11/Ubuntu20.04 I could use internet withouth problem. Now I can use internet from ethernet only when I'm on Windows 11; with Ubuntu 22.04 I can use only the WiFi from XPS17.

I need to use the ethernet on Ubuntu 22.04, how I can solve this problem?
