Fixed Keyboard Mouse latency XPS 15

This is my first post, be kind.

I just purchased a XPS 9510 1TB 32GB RAM Win 10, non touch screen: I like it

reason: audio production with DAW(digital audio work station)

peripherals: Dell dock station d3100 usb 3.0

Focusrite 4i4 external sound card attached via usb C

external ASUS monitor HDMI monitor

logitec wireless keyboard and mouse: usb 2.0

this is where, I have the problem, latency issues with the keyboard and mouse, fixes I have tried are the following:

Disabled C settings in the BIOS

turned off NVDIA constant power settings

and all other other power saving options within settings:

since the XPS doesn’t have any usb 2.0 directly on the laptop, I tried a different approach. I got my old wireless keyboard and mouse dongle and also plugged  that into the docking station as well, and turned off the mouse, and now just using the keyboard from one dongle and the mouse from the other dongle and it has fixed the problem….

i didn’t want to mess with all these registry type altercations, I tried a different approach.  And it worked.

the dock station seems to not be able to handle the data transfer rate between both devices off of one port, therefore, I improvised.

Does latency happen only on bluetooth? Is your issue similar to what's described here?
