Forgot my password.
I forgot my password and tried to reset the system by doing the "Shift + Restart" trick and nothing happened, I'm blocked with no access. Please help.

Windows password can be recovered by using a utility such as that from Lazesoft.
Powerup password requires contacting Dell with verification of ownership.
