Fusion Service terminated unexpectedly

Dear all, do we have this issue of My Dell app starting and then asks for a service to start. It's the Fusion Service. Checking in the Services. MSc found that the service is stopped. but unable to start it again. I have uninstalled fusion service, my dell, restarted, downloaded latest fusion but nothing works... My dell app stays stuck to the msg that - failed to start the service, pls restart My Dell app
