Getting Stuck on this screen again and again

I have updated my Dell XPS 13. When I restarted the laptop, it got stuck in a screen showing options like Continue and Exit to Windows 10, troubleshoot and turn off your P. In troubleshooting if has options like reset your PC, factory image restore. I did everything I could like uninstalling previous update, resetting to a time before update, launching in safe mode but nothing worked. Then I did a factory image restore and my laptop started working just fine. But when I restarted my laptop again, I was stuck in the same screen as before.
