Help identifying Dell XPS 15 9570 Display technology type? (For Calibration)

Dell XPS 15 9570 15.6-inch FHD non-touchscreen (late 2018 version)

Trying to calibrate using a third party calibrator puck for media editing and it asks to select display tech type: OLED, White LED, RGB LED etc.

The pdf manual under specs only lists IPS which I believed was an LCD. What is the actual technology used in these monitors as I am reading either OLED and LED or IPS from different sources.
