How to turn Bluetooth on XPS ?

Question

I don't think the bluetooth on my Dell XPs 15 is turned on. I can't see a 'switch'to turn it on in the Windows 10 settings page 'bluetooth and other devices'

Hi gerrib,

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

Have you tried to disable the driver and then enable it again?

steps

windows key, type "device manager"
in device manager find your bluetooth device, double click to open the drop down
find the device with the exclamation mark, right click disable
then right click on it again to enable

Hello, I'm having the same issue on a XPS 15 7590.

Can't even see Bluetooth icon in system tray nor in Device Manager.

It was there and disappered. When it was there Dell VM615 was anyhow experiencing issues, like frequent disconnections.
