i-Fuse Failure - Meaning? Solutions?

XPS 15 9500 - Windows 11 - All drivers updated.

While plugged in and charging, and playing or doing intensive tasks, I've seen the LED blink orange. The pattern is 1 white 4/5 orange I think (it's pretty fast so I'm unsure). I checked the system diagnostic lights and it says

1,5 - i-Fuse Failure

Other patters do not match closely what I see. There´s no 4,1, or 1,4, so my guess it's 1,5. However, I couldn't find anywhere anything about this i-Fuse. And it's weird it only notices and does it from time to time, and specifically I noticed when gaming.

Thanks.

Did you run the M-BIST test???

Just tried with M+POWER, several times according to this.

It only triggers an LCD-BIST, exactly the same as if if do D+POWER. But can't figure if the M-BIST is triggering. No amber LED light has shown though.

Any ideas?

Here are possible switches to Flash64W.exe or XPS_7590_1.7.exe, maybe they mean something to you, e.g. ForceiFuse
forceit, nopause, noreboot, econly, baseonly, keeplogo, updatelom, verflashexe, ReportLogoType, NoVideo, Status, DellLogo, BiosMeasurement, ForceiFuse, EC=HardReset, meinfodebuglog, ForceUseSpi, componentsvers, statuscheck, tpminfo
