Is this real or?

I had an email from what was said to Dell UK telling me my Basic Next Business Day Service ran out June 20, 2025. Did I what to renew? Now I have Premium Support and Onsite Service until October 2028. Is this a spam mail or a degree of Dell incompetence? If the former should I forwared the email to some one if the latter..?
