Laptop making unplugging sounds
Hi,
I have had this issue for quite some time now. My laptop has been constantly making unplugging sounds, and seems to think something is being unplugged from the laptop constantly. I have attached a short video to show what I am talking about. It is not very consistent, having days where it goes constantly, and then having days here it only makes the sound once or twice. I have reset drivers, updated them, factory reset the PC, and even reinstalled Windows, and yet the issue persists.
Here is a video showing the issue: https://youtu.be/CTCaVcrJlQs
The Dell support team have been absolutely useless, constantly insisting that it is something to do with the drivers when it is clearly not, and then refusing to take the laptop back, claiming it is a "software issue" when again, even though I have reset the entire PC.
I would appreciate any input you guys have!
Thank you

Not sure if this applies to your problem but have a look at this forum post.

If it's a Brand new machine and issue started out of the box.
RESET or factory image is not a solution, you are just putting in the same image back
I assume nothing external is connected to the machine
Reinstall OS using F12 > Supportassist OS recovery > RESET and update.
If still no go, motherboard replacement
