Multiple black screens after recent updates using Wi Fi
Have laptop on docker most of time. Had Windows and number of Dell updates since last used on Wi-Fi. Use it on Wi-Fi this morning and after booting mouse wasn’t working and went into a black screen. Rebooted and again crashed, Did it a number of times. Re attached to docker and booted OK 2nd time. But Dell Optimizer only partly loading and on line driver updates just not doing any thing not working
Uninstalled Support Assist and Optimizer. Rebooted twice and reinstalled Assist.
Reinstalled Assist and ran online software updater, no programs found. Ran local and again non found. I had been told to install Optimizer by a Dell support person who sent a link. Now Support Assist says no update on line and locally. Did a search of Dell Optimizer and what I found said it wasn't compatible with a XPS 14 9440. So my XPS 14 9440 is now working on Wi-Fi nas I am doing this but what do a need if Dell Optimizer isn't compatible with my laptop, (if not why was I told tom install it?) do I need to install something else?

Support is hopeless got through, they clearly didn't read what I had said and kept asking the same things as I had already put in my problem. Being dyslexic I really struggle with these small screens and poor keyboard. The laptop is fo away from home photo processing and general use with a tower and 2 X 22inch screens for most of the time. We got cut off 2 emails to resume to process neither do anything both just go back to restarting all over again.
