I was recently having issues with the trackpad functioning. It was clicking randomly whenever it wanted. There were 8 uniform circles on the trackpad.

I reached out to dell and they sent a technician to replace the keyboard/ trackpad and he did a horrible job. He left scratches all over the metal body tried turning the laptop with half of the components like before installing SSD. After putting things back when he turned on the laptop it got seriously burning hot and he got scared did a shut down on the laptop. Tried multiple time to turn on but the laptop was stuck on dell logo forever. Once it showed the login screen and then I logged in and updated the drivers and did support assist hardware check. And after the restart, it did not start.

We all know everyone's life revolves around their PC especially now.

I don't suggest anyone buy a Dell XPS. I have had lots and lots of issues with this model and dell every time has failed to provide service. Their service and policies are the worst that I could ever imagine
