Operation System Not Found Dell XPS L502

I replaced windows ten recently with Linux Mint 19.2 Cinnamon. After installing mint I found out about dual booting and decided I wanted to dual boot the updated windows ten with mint. I have boot USBs for both and boot CDs for windows 10 and 7, however when I insert any of my bootable media into my laptop it reads "Operation System not found". I figured it was because of mint that it was suddenly doing this. I have tried all of my bootable media, Hiren's, Clonezilla, all my ISOs (win 10, win7, Linux Mint including the one I used to originally replace windows 10). Everything reads the same error. I have run the ePSA diagnostics scan and get no error codes whatsoever it says all my hardware is perfectly fine. What now?
