Thank you for your kind response, but the new XPS 14 2026 are not yet available here in the philippines and I will be going to US next month, it's just that there is a special promo now and am grabbing it.

If you were trying to order from Dell in the US with a non-US account or credit card, that's why the orders failed -- you cannot place an order with Dell US other than with US funding.

I will update here if the purchase using my Local CC(PH) push thru or not.

If the credit card is registered to an address in the Philippines, the order will fail the same way the other orders have.  Dell US does not accept non-US credit cards.

Beyond that is the purchase risk.  If the same system is never released in the Philippines, warranty and support will be unavailable there.  And even if it is, you must purchase the system with an upgraded onsite service plan in order to transfer ownership internationally, so factor that cost into the purchase price -- along with the risk.
