Reducing Display for Better performance?
hello,
I own a dell XPS 15 7590.
I have been facing some issues with CAD and 3D Modelling software.
I was wondering if it were possible to increase the laptop performance by reducing the screen resolution from 3840*2160 to 1920*1080 in system display settings, reducing latency in graphic settings, removing transparency in ease of access display settings and etc?

You can try it but you're likely to find the image blurry enough to be unacceptable. Notebook displays perform at a single resolution - their maximum. Anything less will be blurry.
You're also still going to be driving a 4K monitor. The only real way to improve performance video-wise is to replace the 4K screen with an FHD screen (which will void your warranty if that's a consideration).
