Touch bar not working!
Hello,
Can anyone please tell me why my touch bar is not working, it stopped working after one month of purchase. It has been driving me nuts for months now as I use this PC for work and made a switch from MAC thinking that Dell would be a good quality product. I am debating to throw this computer away and buy another MAC if this issue that everyone seems to have is not resolved.

If the system is under warranty, call Dell to have it repaired.
If it's out of warranty, you can contact the repair shop of your choice -- or Dell -- for a repair estimate.
As for the rest, if you think Apple hasn't had touch strip reliability issues -- do a quick search.

Calm down bro. Claim the warranty.
I am assuming its a brand new machine. call tech support and ask them to replace the part
