Wireless keyboard and mouse not working/discoverable on bluetooth KM7210
Hi,
My wireless keyboard and mouse are no longer working with my laptop XPS13. It was working fine until a Microsoft update, I believe, but now both are nonresponsive. I've tried changing device batteries, restarting the laptop, deleting the previous pairing connection, and trying to pair again but both keyboard and mouse are undiscoverable. Any suggestions on how to make it work again?
