xps 13 7390 lagging mouse BT
I am having trouble with keyboard an dmouse lag/ very slow responsiveness after recent upgrade. Turned off power management in USB device manager and panel refresh on intel display per recommendations.

I looked up technical support and as out of warranty I went round in circles looking at options and main one was to come back to community forum so here I am. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to fix this?
