XPS 13 9310 HDR touch screen oversaturated

I just bought xps 13 9310 a few days ago. However, the color setting is strange. The screen sometimes goes extremely oversaturated. I am a novice so I don't do any settings for the new laptop. I am wondering how to fix this problem??

Actually not. I returned the 9310 with touch screen finally and bought 9310 with non-touch screen. Although it has the same problem, it looks much better. Also, I tried this method (https://www.dell.com/community/XPS/Dell-XPS-13-9300-Screen-dimming-and-brightening-quot-randomly/td-p/7505529), it can partly solve the problem (the situation still exists but it's rare).

Hey, I experienced this same issue. Go into the "Intel Graphics Command Center", click on the "System" option on the left (4 boxes icon), click on "Power" in the top right, scroll down and turn everything off under the "Power Settings".

Yes. It drives me crazy. My laptop is better when charging. However, this situation is worse if using battery only. You can always charge to see if it's better.

I tried something else and so far it seems to be working. I uninstalled the Intel Graphics Command Center from Apps & features and then downloaded it from the Microsoft Store, restarted and haven't experienced the oversaturation yet (only been a week)Capture.PNG
