XPS 13 9310, Touchscreen issue
Hello, I have the following issue with my Dell XPS 9310 with a touchscreen.
Suddenly, the screen went black and the PC did not respond in any way, not even when closing the lid. After about a minute, it restarted on its own.
Everything works fine except for the touch of the screen.
I tried entering the BIOS; it is enabled there, but it still not working.
Is there anything else I can do, or do I have to accept that I’ll have to do without the touchscreen?

i have this issue after updating windows and bios does not work at all
touch screen does not work have tried step enable disable at bios,
remove, install again, enable disable HID touch screen driver.
