the internal camera not work i connect dell support they send this step to resolved the issue, in this order:

but nothing resolved

Finally, we tested the device with another screen, and the camera worked immediately without any issues

can i resoled the issue whiteout change the screen ??

Your test has answered that question in the negative -- if a replacement screen solved the problem, that's what the system needs.

Thanks for your response. That's true, but I am looking for another solution because the screen is very expensive, and I don't have it right now.

The alternative is USB camera -- these are as little as $20-30.
