XPS 13 9343, bluetooth suddenly disappeared
Hi, I've used this laptop for a year or so (was handed down) and the bluetooth has been working perfectly fine until a few weeks ago. The bluetooth toggle button completely disappeared, and when I run the troubleshooter for bluetooth it says:
Device does not have Bluetooth
Bluetooth is not available on this device. Please try using an external adapter to add Bluetooth capability to this computer.
I tried fixing it myself (regretfully) and I uninstalled the emulators or something And now it just seems impossible to fix... I tried cold restarting my device; restarting it and pressing F2 while on the Dell logo, the microsoft support person told me to install these three things:
Dell Update Package: Intel PROSet/Wireless Bluetooth LEGUI Application, 18.1.1527.1551, A00
DW1820A_Bluetooth_Win10_12.0.1.1105_USB_x86-x64_Installer_setup_ZPE.exe
Dell Update Package: Intel AX200/AX201/9260/9560/9462/8265/8260/7265/3165 Bluetooth UWD Driver, 21.70.0.3, A17
But again it still doesn't work... if anyone knows how to fix this please help me, thanks.

I am experiencing the exact same issue on my XPS 13 9380. Bluetooth was working fine one moment, then completely gone the next!
