XPS 13 9360 charger issues
Hi Dell & Community
My Laptop (XPS 13 9360) & Charger were working perfectly for the past 2 years. However my laptop is not charging anymore. I noticed the blue light on the charger as it connects to the laptop is no longer turned on. Therefore even if I plug it into the laptop..the laptop does not charge. There are no kinks in the charging cord and no fraying anywhere. Unfortunately my laptop is completely dead and there are a few important files I need to have access to. So what's the best way to approach this? Do I need a new adapter or is it to do with the laptop itself? Is there anything I could do to fix it or does it need a professional. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks
Nik

Look into a USB-C power adapter if your pc can use it. Several ~$25 on Amazon. Just make sure you match volts/amps with requirements. These are much smaller than OEM chargers.
