XPS 13 keyboard unresponsive
My XPS 13 laptop's keyboard stopped working correctly yesterday. I was writing and all of the sudden I noticed there were no longer characters coming up on the screen as I typed. Every now and again it will work for 2 to 3 key presses but immediately becomes unresponsive again. The mouse pad works fine.
Any tips?

* Turn the laptop off
* Disconnect everything (mouse, keyboard, HDD, monitor) from the laptop except the AC power adapter
* Turn the laptop on and press F2
* Does the keyboard work in in the BIOS?
* Exit the BIOS and enter Windows
* Open Notepad
* Does the keyboard work in Notepad?

I seem to be unable to access the BIOS at startup. Keyboard does not work in notepad either. I've PM'd the service tag #
Weird thing is I turned the laptop on this morning and the keyboard was working for a few hours.
