XPS 13 not turning on

Hi, I have an XPS that is about 3 years old. It stopped turning on today but the power light is blinking. There is also a light clicking sound when the power light blinks.

I have tried holding the power button for thirty seconds to no avail.

Does it find sound like it can be saved or time to buy new?
