Hi, I'd like to know what kind or what model of USB multiport aapter should I have for my XPS 13. Right now I have a "Ugreen", but when I plug in the power side to it, and the adapter to my laptop, it says that it's not charging correctly. On the other side of the laptop, for the other USB C port, I have an external monitor plugged in. So unltimately, I'd like to be able to have my external plugged in, as well as the power, but to also be able to use mouse instead of the track pad. What's the best way to do that?
