XPS 14 DA14260, UEFI-level settings modification durability (linux)

As i'm getting a new XPS 14 (DA14260), i'm wondering if there is any risk of damaging the UEFI storage by changing settings such as performance profiles too often? I'm planning to do this via automated scripts and the linux kernel dell-wmi-sysman wrapper, and i'm noticing a lack of documentation online
