XPS 15-7590, heat complaint

My Dell XPS 15-7590 overheats if there is even hardly one application ongoing. Even doing regular function it heats up extensively and I feel this may affect battery health.

Please give me a solution

Get XTU from Intel website

Apply a -125mV offset for core.

Get a laptop mat with a fan in it

If needed get the engineer in to put better thermal paste on the CPU etc. (Factory tend to always put sub standard paste on and far too much...)

That's all you can really do, the XPS7590 is just poorly designed for heat dissipation.
