XPS 15 9530 screen glitching

Hi, I'm new here.

I've gotten this laptop since last year in October and have no issues with it. But today apparently after going home with laptop is in hibernated mode. When turning on, the screen glitches flickering (shown in the photo attached), including booting up screen too. I'm not sure what happened, considering that the screen works fine just 3 hours ago. I did attempt to do a full scan with SupportAssist but it said clear, same with troubleshoot. I also rebooted many times too, still same issue.

P.S: I can still use the computer by displaying on second monitor.

Sounds like the screen is faulty -- run a separate screen diagnostic (hold the D key through powerup to initiate). If you see the same fault on the diagnostic screen, and the system is under warranty, contact Dell to have it replaced. If the system is out of warranty, you can replace the screen assembly yourself, or have a local shop do the work, or get a repair estimate from Dell.

My screen is so faulty with horizontal lines. I was able to run the test to check the screen & it passed. Others say it has to do with Windows 10 update. I have rarely used this laptop. It’s out of warranty and is the 13' model. I can run diagnostics because staring at this screen will cause me to have a seizure (no joke). I can barely see words etc on the bottom 1/2 of the screen but the mouse is only able to be used on upper 1/2. This thing was fine last I used it. Maybe 4-6 months ago. I’m never buying a Dell again. This laptop is like new. This shouldn’t be happening. So beyond running the test where the screen turns red, blue etc. what else is there? I can’t work on it because can’t see screen! Ideas?
