XPS 15 9550, BIOS boot issues

Hi,

I have dell xps 15 9550 6th generation.

When i power on my machine i automatically open the bios settings. I try open the boot options but when i clicked the f12 it not work it open auto open the bios settings. I think my bios chip has something wrong I don't understand the issues can anyone suggestions how i overcome this problem.

I visit the repair shop but they can't understand the issues why this was happening with the laptop they only open the bios settings.

Please guide me about this issues.
