XPS 15 956
My Dell XPS (bought feb 2017) just got at least 50% slower, Im not really sure if there was any updates prior to this but its just an insane drop. I cant edit, game or even surf the web anymore.
Ran all tests, reinstalled Windows and still the same issue. Is this something known from Dells side? I had my fair share of issues with this laptop but this is by far the worst one, if Dell cannot at least give a proper explanation this will be my first and last Dell Product which is sad since the computer in itself is wonderful

Has the system ever been opened up and cleaned out inside? Remove all the evident dust and replace the heatsink compound that sits between the heatsink and CPU/GPU cores.
If not, that's overdue.
