XPS 15 9570 4K Screen Issue

Hello everyone,

I have my Dell XPS 15 9570 for 1 year without any problems. However, I recently noticed a weird reflection on my display, especially on black background and in sunny environments. I did multpile diagnostics, indicating that there are no issues with my Screen. The Touch Function also works without any problems.

The reflection is still there, while the laptop is turned off. I tried to clean the diplay several times with a microfibre tissue, but it still persists. I also could not find anyone with the same problem.

I hope that someone could help me here. Thank you!

Same issue here! It's a kind of pattern on the whole screen but not along a band in a 30 mm distance to the edges. My XPS 15 is about 17 months old now. It's a hardware "problem" (as it is allways shown when the laptop is in off mode) but as for now it does not compromise the touch function and it's only shown on dark backgrounds and light from the side when the laptop is on.

I am curious how this will evolve in future. I worry that Dell will not be complaisant/accommodating if the laptop is out of guarantee/service plan.
