XPS 15 9570 battery replacement

My XPS 15 9570 battery died and I'm trying to fine a new one. I looked on Dell's website but couldn't find one. Could anyone tell me where I can find one online?

Welcome to the Dell Community @AndreVGuimaraes2

First thing:

There are 2 batteries for your laptop depending on if you have a 2.5" drive installed???

https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-us/xps-15-9570-laptop/xps-15-9570-setupandspecifications/battery?guid=guid-3f26ec74-8527-460d-be1f-df1d6b1ce32e&lang=en-us

If you do not know then you can remove the Base Cover and look for yourself.

Let us know and maybe we can help find one???

Best regards,

Tks for your time replying this.

I'm just afraid if theses eba batteries are truly original ou just a low cost battery that will not work for a longe time.

And this happens specifically because of the price. I saw another topic here that indicates this link:

https://www.parts-people.com/index.php?action=item&id=23831

As you can see, the price is 3x higher than ebay average.

I don't know how to avoid this kind of trap when buying new batteries

@AndreVGuimaraes2

I did not refer to the PartsPeople as they where out of stock.

Some misinformed individuals would say ordering from eBay is just a scam.

They obviously have never purchased anything from eBay.

With eBays buyer protection program it is almost impossibly to get scammed.
